Dialog box �Add/Remove Selection�

This dialog box allows you to add or remove selections in List of Recipients. You can change the following fields:
� Mask of e-mail address - This is mask of e-mail address used to specify which items you'd like to select or unselect. Use the characters * and ? in this field to make selection more flexible. The * character means any word. The ? means any character. Use Gray Plus or Gray Minus on the keyboard to open this box as Select or Unselect operation.
� Apply to - This option allows you to apply the operation to all items, or to enabled or disabled items only.
� Operation - allows you to choose the operation as adding or removing selections.

You can also press the Gray Plus (+) or the Gray Minus (-) on the keyboard to open this dialog box for Select or Unselect operation.
