Macro definitions
Use macro definitions to personalize your messages dynamically while sending. All macro variables you use in your messages will be automatically replaced with real values while sending - each recipient will receive a unique message. You can use the following macro definitions in the �Subject� and �Message� fields of your messages:
� %RECIPIENTNAME% - This is the name of a recipient. Real values for this variable will be obtained from List of recipients.
� %RECIPIENTADDRESS% - This is an e-mail address of a recipient. Real values for this variable will be obtained from List of recipients.
� %FROMNAME% - This is a name specified in settings of current SMTP server, which sends the message. Real values for this variable will be obtained from List of SMTP servers.
� %FROMADDRESS% - This is an e-mail address specified in settings of current SMTP server, which sends the message. Real values for this variable will be obtained from List of SMTP servers.
� %REPLYTOADDRESS% - This is an e-mail address, where recipients should reply to your messages. Each message in List of messages contains information about this address.
� %TITLE% - This is the title of the mailing list. Real value for this variable will be obtained from General information about the mailing list.
� %AUTHORNAME% - This is the name of mailing list author. Real value for this variable will be obtained from General information about the mailing list.
� %AUTHORADDRESS% - This is an e-mail address of mailing list author. Real value for this variable will be obtained from General information about the mailing list.
� %DESCRIPTION% - This is a description of the mailing list. Real value for this variable will be obtained from General information about the mailing list.
� %DATE% - This is current date. Real value for this variable will be obtained from the system clock of your PC.
� %TIME% - This is current time. Real value for this variable will be obtained from the system clock of your PC.
� %DATETIME% - This is current date and time. Real value for this variable will be obtained from the system clock of your PC.
� %FIELD1% - This is a custom field1, which you can define for each recipient individually using Dialog Box Recipient. It is a useful ability to make your messages much more personalized.
� %FIELD2% - This is a custom field2, which you can define for each recipient individually using Dialog Box Recipient. It is a useful ability to make your messages much more personalized.
� %FIELD3% - This is a custom field3, which you can define for each recipient individually using Dialog Box Recipient. It is a useful ability to make your messages much more personalized.
� %FIELD4% - This is a custom field4, which you can define for each recipient individually using Dialog Box Recipient. It is a useful ability to make your messages much more personalized.
� %FIELD5% - This is a custom field5, which you can define for each recipient individually using Dialog Box Recipient. It is a useful ability to make your messages much more personalized.
� %FIELD6% - This is a custom field6, which you can define for each recipient individually using Dialog Box Recipient. It is a useful ability to make your messages much more personalized.
� %FIELD7% - This is a custom field7, which you can define for each recipient individually using Dialog Box Recipient. It is a useful ability to make your messages much more personalized.
All these macro definitions can be used in the �Subject� and �Message� fields of your messages.
