Remove the windows update from settings on the start menu

Remove the Windows Update from Settings on the Start Menu - Enabling this option, removes the Windows Update option from Settings on the Start Menu, therefore stopping users from unwanted updating your Windows. Removing the all subitems of the Settings menu causes the Settings menu to be removed completely. Option affects selected user, see the status bar. Reboot your PC to activate or deactivate this option. Applicable to Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.
