Remove Set Program Access and Defaults from Start Menu
This option is used to remove the "Set Program Access and Defaults" icon from the Start Menu. This feature was introduced with Windows XP SP1 and Windows 2000 SP3 to allow users to configure the default applications used on the PC.
Option affects selected user, see the status bar. Reboot your PC to activate or deactivate this option.
