Enabling this option, removes the Active Desktop option from Settings on the Start Menu, therefore stopping users from playing with desktop styles.
Removing the all subitems of the Settings menu causes the Settings menu to be removed completely. Option affects selected user, see the status bar. Reboot your PC to activate or deactivate this option.
